Polypropylene Yarn

Polypropylene (PP) yarn is our main raw material and a lot of our end products are made from them, be it wholly or partly. Different product require different denier, tenacity and colour. The colour of the yarn is derived from masterbatch which is a concentrated mixture of pigments and/or additives encapsulated during a heat process into a carrier resin.

Previously we use to purchase our consumption of PP multifilament yarn and PP monofilament yarn before venturing into the production of PP yarn. When we are in control of our own PP yarn productions, we can manufacture more specifically to our own requirement and schedule which ultimately lead to a much better quality PP yarn. In this way, we also retain the profits in PP yarn production and can pass it to our customers to maintain a very competitive edge in pricing. Currently we are also selling our PP yarns to customers who are having the same requirements as us.

Polypropylene Multifilament Yarn

PP multifilament yarn is a versatile material which can be constructed in round or delta cross-sections, intermingled for direct weaving and knitting, for texturising and twisting, making it a multipurpose product. Alongside typical qualities of polypropylene fibers such as toughness and having low specific gravity, PP multifilament yarn is stain resistant, durable, light weight, soft and its resistance against mildew and the nocuous effects of water.

We specialize in the manufacturing of low and high tenacity PP multifilament yarns for multiple industrial purposes. Our UV stabilised PP multifilament yarn denier range are from 600D to 2400D and is ideal for air jet and traditional weaving, as well as knitting applications, which means that it has a varied customer base. It is commonly found in the home and commercial furnishings industry, being used in final applications such as mattress ticking, upholstery, webbings, bag & luggage, safety harness & belt and lots more applications.

Polypropylene Monofilament Yarn

PP monofilament yarn consist of a single solid filament of synthetic fiber. Our PP monofilament yarn are tested for tensile strength, water shrinkage, hot air shrinkage, denier, filament smoothness, diameter uniformity, and colour. Shrinkage in hot air or water is affected by the process annealing conditions and the residual stresses in the filaments. Its applications are screen printing, woven bags, cement and pellet bags, mesh bags, jumbo bulk bags, tents & tarpaulin fabrics, ropes, household brushes, carpet backings, fishing lines etc.
