MASB has grown substantially ever since being helmed by Mr CP Leong, initially as its General Manager and subsequently as its Managing Director. The unwavering support from his staff coupled with his experience and customer relationships, amassed through more than 25 years working in manufacturing and trading companies in this industry, have greatly spurred this growth.
MASB business activities involve manufacturing, supplying and distributing Polypropylene (PP) Multifilament & PP Monofilament yarn, narrow woven webbing, industrial heavy weave webbing, traditional webbing, nylon woven webbing, elastic webbing, PP ropes & cord strings. Other business activities also include trading in polyester yarn, nylon yarn, cotton yarn, rubber thread, finishing oil, white oil and other related products and raw materials.
Previously we used to purchase our consumption of PP multifilament yarn and PP monofilament yarn before venturing into the production of PP yarn. When we are in control of our own PP yarn productions, we can manufacture more specifically to our own requirement and schedule which ultimately lead to a much better quality PP yarn and competitive pricing.
Our products are mostly components or raw materials to our customers and the majority of them are manufacturers. As our products will directly or indirectly affect their finished goods, expectations and requirements are high. Our QC department will ensure that our final product observe our customer’s quality standard. They are also responsible for the development and implementation of inspection activities, the detection and resolution of problems, and the delivery of satisfactory outcomes.
Our extensive experience in PP yarn and different kind of webbings has aided us in delivering products according to customer’s requirements. This in turn helped us to maintain and improve our competitive edge and strong market footholds. We believe continuous market acceptance is critical to our company’s growth.
